Hi, in your opinion should we accept the price offered or is there a (real) possibility of improvement?
I'm still working on gathering information to asses of an improvement is feasible, and if so buy how much
I didn't find any news on the subject. What was the price offered?
I am a small investor with 500 shares which i hoped to keep for a few years.
Alychlo and Vlerick, the biggest shareholders bought the shares of Shopinvest.
By doing so the are now above 30% and they have to make an offer for the rest.
They are offering €28,5 per share
