It took me some thinking to determine how I wanted to approach the start of the Doubler Portfolio. After all, we already have a list of selected stocks with many attractive options at the moment. It would be impractical to slowly build up position by position over a long period, especially if the goal is to double. If you want to grow, you need to be substantially invested. But you also don't want to rush things. That's why I decided to immediately select 9 out of the currently attractive 12 stocks to purchase.
I mostly adhere to the rules I've set regarding capital allocation. This means investing between 2% and 2.5% of the portfolio for each position, spread across those 9 positions.
